Counting the profits from hoshanot sales. This was a great business lesson for the kids - everything from playing two suppliers off each other to lower costs and raise margins, to sales team strategy (placing two younger sisters) and compensation, to point of sale - both competition relations and closing the customer, to price elasticity and timing. And they made 600 shekels each, after giving 10% to tzedaka!
